Overview

If you positively need to know exactly what your children, spouse or employees are sending by email, Email Spy will let you know absolutely.

Email Spy allows you to record all e-mails sent from monitored computer. Once installed it sends exact copies of all outgoing SMTP-based emails to your secret email.

In other words, while monitored user sends emails using usual email client software (like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Pegasus, The Bat! or similar), all his outgoing emails will be INVISIBLY copied to your secret email address preconfigured via Email Spy Control Panel.

Personal firewall bypass

Unique feature of Email Spy is bypass of personal firewall software, like Zone Alarm, Norton Personal Firewall and other similar. In other words personal firewall, installed on monitored computer, can't detect Email Spy operation.

Outgoing emails full control

Also there is unique possibility of the emails capture and immediate forwarding it to your secret email address only. So you have complete control under all outgoing emails of monitored user and can make decision: will real recipients get emails sent by monitored user or not?).

Outgoing emails blacklist

Blacklist feature allows you to set flexible rules for outgoing emails of monitored computers (e.g. allows/forbids emails sending to specified email addresses only). That feature is very appropriate for small and middle companies, which don't have own dedicated email server.

Forced SMTP server

There is unique possibility to send all SMTP-based emails from monitored computer via forced SMTP mail server only. For example your company uses own SMTP server with installed anti-virus or keywords filtering software. In such case Email Spy being installed to each company workstation will guarantee that all SMTP-based emails will be processed by server based software. Moreover monitored user will not be able to send emails via other unauthorized SMTP mail servers.

Email Spy Security

Email Spy has reliable security options. Hotkey activation and access password allow users to be protected against unauthorized program start, uninstall or settings change. Complete invisibility of program files and processes protects against unauthorized program removal and detecting by anti spyware applications.

Company email policy

In the most of cases employees' emails monitoring is permitted if it is done in a reasonable manner and backed up by an company email policy. Email Spy allows to display special warning on user system logon to inform employees about company email monitoring policy. You can either modify default policy text example (if it's suitable for you, of course) or enter your own text.

Extremely easy to setup

To install and configure program you simply have to run setup file and configure your delivery way for captured emails. So even computer novice can use Email Spy.
